KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Bu Aydınlatma Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında, Türkiye Keşfet internet sitesi ziyaretçileri ve kullanıcılarının kişisel verilerinin işlenmesine ilişkin usul ve esasları açıklamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

  • Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmesi,
  • Meşru menfaat,
  • Açık rıza

hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenmektedir.

5. Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz;

  • Yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına,
  • Teknik altyapı ve barındırma hizmeti sağlayıcılarına

KVKK’ya uygun şekilde aktarılabilir. Bunun dışında üçüncü kişilerle açık rıza olmaksızın paylaşılmaz.

6. Kişisel Verilerin Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süreler boyunca veya işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ile sınırlı olarak saklanmakta; sürenin sona ermesi halinde silinmekte, yok edilmekte veya anonim hale getirilmektedir.

7. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca veri sahipleri olarak;

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • İşlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • KVKK’ya uygun olarak silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • Yapılan işlemlerin üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini talep etme,
  • İşlenen verilerin otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahipsiniz.

8. Güncellemeler

Bu KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, yasal düzenlemeler ve site politikaları doğrultusunda güncellenebilir. Güncel metin her zaman https://turkiyekesfet.com üzerinden yayımlanır.

This Personal Data Protection Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform visitors and users of the Turkey Explore (Türkiye Keşfet) website about the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the KVKK
  • Request notification of these actions to third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • Object to results arising against you from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems
  • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
